Even before we decided to use her as our agent, she was very helpful, giving us contacts to painters, floor refinishers, etc. She gave us the benefit of her years of real estate experience to suggest how we should prepare the house for a speedy, problem-free sale. As we had decided to sell the house 'move-in ready', she brought her own 'staging' materials to create little vignettes to make the house seem like a home. This preparation resulted in a contract on the house within 7 days!Isabelle maintained great communication with us during the pre-closing process. We couldn't have had a better agent!
